FAQ

Most of our hat bases run at a 58/59cm inner circumference with an adjustable inner velcro strap or drawstring to size down, as needed. Product detail sections will indicate inner circumference of each hat.

Use a flexible measuring tape to measure your head circumference just above your ear. Wrap the tape around your head to a comfortable fit. Read the measurement where the tape overlaps, this should be your hat size. Each product we have listed indicates the hat size. If your hat size is not listed please email us and we will do our best to add it to our collections.

Wool Hat-Use a hat brush to remove debris. Gently brush the hat in one direction.  Follow up with a lint roller following the same direction. 

Straw Hat-Gently dab the spot with a lightly damp cloth avoiding any abrasive rubbing. 

Brim-Hats can become distorted and if this occurs gently steam the area and reshape.  Let stand for a minimum of 30 minutes.  Take care to steam 6"-8" away from the needed area.

We take pride in making every hat and we take the same pride in our shipping. Orders are processed in 2 business days and FREE UPS ground shipping is included with each order over $500.00. Please contact us if you require additional shipping options.

Each hat is carefully inspected during processing, placed in a resealable plastic bag inside a mailer box and then shipped to you inside a standard shipping box. Delays in processing time may occur if we are experiencing high volume sales. If we experience a significant delay in processing your order we will contact you via email or phone.

Leigh and Elizabeth is not liable for any product that is damaged or lost during shipping. Please save all packaging and documentation before contacting the carrier if you received a product with shipping damages.
